Russia: Major Producers Push Back Against Government APG Utilization Targets

On 12 March Minister of Natural Resources and Ecology Sergei Donskoi suggested that the Russian government will not revise its associated petroleum gas (APG) utilization targets. Donskoi emphasized that Russian companies will need to achieve the 95% utilization level prescribed by the government and should complete their respective projects to enable them to reach the target.
