Peru’s Mining Sector: Political and Commercial Environment for Investors

One of the world’s top producers of base and precious metals, Peru offers significant potential for mining sector investors. The government of President Pedro Pablo Kuczynski has sought to improve the environment for foreign investors in Peru. The country’s legal framework has become more investor-friendly and FDI into Peru has grown steadily over the last few years.
