Brazil: National Anti-Government Protests Likely to Spur Reforms

On 15 March protesters gathered in Brazil’s main cities as part of demonstrations against the government. Though there have been debates over the number of protestors involved, most credible sources have converged on roughly 300,000 people present nationwide, with a great majority of these – some 210,000, according to polling data institute DataFolha – concentrated in the city of Sao Paulo.
